5 Ways to Decorate With Botanical Prints All Year Round

Happy Tuesday guys! Can you believe tomorrow is the last day of July? I mean, my kids actually start school on Monday. What the heck? I guess it’s time to get back into the reality of homework and routines, but honestly, that doesn’t sound too bad. Although summer break is almost over around here, summer is still hanging on for a little while longer. Today, I thought it was the perfect time to do a round-up of how I use botanical prints in my home. They are a beautiful way to decorate in the spring and summer, but I actually even keep some up all year round. I’ve literally put them in almost every single room of my home, so today, I’m sharing 5 rooms and 5 ways I use them to decorate in my home.

1. Botanical Prints Layered in a Mantle Vignette

Do you remember when I found this mantle at a yard sale for $40? Well, it quickly because one of my favorite spots to decorate. I loved how this simple botanical print from Hobby Lobby looked on it layered with a window. This print is seriously my favorite, and I even have a set in another room which I will show you next.

I love that it’s neutral, simple, and gives the space a classic and soft look that would look great all year long. Oh, and this print was only $12 on sale. Need I say more?

2. Botanical Print Shelf Decor

See, I also use this print in my bedroom all year round. They come in a set of two and look so beautiful mixed with old books and greens.

Mixing in simple botanical prints above a shelf adds a much needed focal point to the space. I also love the wood frame that these come in. They mix well with other wood accents that are in the room.

3. Use them as a Focal Point

Just look at this gorgeous print that I got at Chic Artique! It unrolls like a poster but has the most gorgeous vintage inspired look to it. I decided to use it as a focal point in my entryway space. I love how it looks against my oversized vintage chalkboard.

4. Botanical Prints Mixed Into a Gallery Wall

My bonus room was one of my favorite makeovers that I did last year. I decided to add a gallery wall over a kinda awkward sitting area that I had in this room. My goal was to create some balance while keeping it simple and beautiful, of course! I fell in love with these two vintage inspired botanical prints and love how they look in my gallery wall.

5. Kitchen Decor

I told you I use them everywhere and my kitchen is no exception. I recently found this beautiful black and white print at Hobby Lobby and knew it would look so beautiful above my hanging hutch for summer. There is just something about a simple floral print that makes any space feel fresh.

I mixed it with some white and tan vases and thought it was the perfect print for my kitchen.
