Outdoor Living Room Makeover With Overstock

You guys!! My outdoor living room is finally complete, and I’m so excited to share my makeover reveal! I worked with Overstock to bring this look together, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We have been waiting a long time to have a space outside to hangout, entertain, and watch movies at night, but we finally have it!! Woohoo!! Our covered porch was built around this time last year and we have only been using our outdoor dining space for the past year. My family loves eating outside, so now that we have another part of this outdoor space complete is so exciting! I have a ton of photos to share, so let’s get started. First, let me start with the very empty before pictures so you can see where I started.

Outdoor Sectional

So much better, right? I just can’t get over how much it feels like a cozy room. It truly is an extension to our home that we will get so much use out of. So, where to begin? Let’s start with this amazing outdoor sectional. It is so comfy and has already become my favorite spot in the mornings to sit and relax with a cup of coffee before my day gets started. 

What else do I love about it? Well, first off it’s gorgeous, and the size is perfect for our entire family to sit comfortably. That was the goal out here. We wanted to be able to snuggle up and watch movies, and I am so happy we accomplished that. My kid’s think it’s the coolest thing in the world to sit out here and relax.

I also love the Sunbrella fabric which makes it super easy to clean. That was a huge deal to me. Since we plan on entertaining a lot, I know things will happen. I wanted it to be easily cleanable so it stays looking like new. It’s also a neutral color which works great with an assortment of pillow prints and colors.

Outdoor Rug

Another must-have was a beautiful rug to keep the space cozy. I was looking for a neutral rug that stuck with my grey and white color scheme and found this Grey Bohemian Area Rug! Guys, this rug is everything!! I am so in love with how it looks with my sofa. I did go with an indoor rug because my space is covered and isn’t exposed to water. Love that this rug looks great inside or out.

I put the other one under my dining space. It has a subtle and beautiful print that looks so beautiful out here.

Accent Table

The last piece of furniture that really pulled everything together was this beautiful Trunk Concrete Accent Table. I love that is it indoor or outdoor just like the rug. It’s also the perfect height for my sectional. Aren’t they the cutest tables ever??

I added another table by my loungers, and it was the perfect pop of white that this space needed. I also layered these pillows on the loungers for a little extra texture and comfort.

And did I mention the planters? They really finished off the makeover. I wish I could say that I made them, but I did’t. I found a local girl that made them for super cheap, so I decided to let the pro do it for me. So in love with how the planters look on my brick wall.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this giddy about a space. There is something about being outside that just makes me happy. If you need me, I’ll be out here. I can’t wait to spend the rest of the summer and fall out here relaxing and entertaining and truly making those memories.
