Heeeey friends!! Coming at ya today with a simple idea for a modern farmhouse console table. Over the weekend, I bought this cute table from Facebook Marketplace and instantly fell in love with the rustic wood mixed with modern metal. Yesterday, on my Instagram stories, I gave it a small makeover so it would fit my style a little better. I just spray painted the legs black and cleaned up the wood a bit and that was it. LOOOVE this little modern farmhouse console table, and I’m so excited to share with you all the new decor I picked up to decorate this space.
Modern Farmhouse Console Table Decor
My goal for this space was to find decor that was a little modern and a little farmhouse. So, let me show you the fun pieces that I picked up to finish off the look.
Barn Canvas Decor and Crate Frame
My goal was to find wall art that would match the style of the table and also help me transition into fall. I found this gorgeous barn canvas that I had to have. It was a little small for the space so I used an old crate tray as a frame.
If you ever find that a piece of wall art is too small, just layer it with an old frame, crate, or window to add character and dimension. I love these two pieces paired together so much!!
Metal Tripod Lamps
Another piece that I found were these tripod black metal lamps. I totally lucked up and found these in the clearance section at Kirkland’s. I love how the tripod legs match the bottom of the table. These are the perfect modern touch to this space.
Basket With Greenery Decor
The last piece is super simple, but it finished off the decor beautifully. I picked up this two toned basket and added a house plant to it. The basket and greenery mixed with old books and brass candlesticks was all this space needed to look complete.
DIY Console Table and Desk Idea
I just love this new little space in my hallway. It is simple yet makes such a pretty statement against my shiplap wall. The coolest part about this modern farmhouse console table might just be that it is an easy DIY that anyone could do. By adding barnwood, a shutter, or even an old door to these metal legs creates an instant table or desk. The possibilities are endless if you just get creative.
Well guys, that is all I have for you today. I hope you love this little space as much as I do, and was able to get a little inspiration along the way. Thanks for stopping by today. See you next time.
