Haaaapppy Thursday to you!! Can you believe Christmas is less than 2 weeks away?? I’m trying to stay calm but also freaking out inside. I still have so much to do, but I keep telling myself it will all get done. One win for the week is that I’m finally getting around to sharing my girl’s bedroom Christmas tree and decor. Her room might just be my favorite room in the house, so having a Christmas tree all lit up in here makes it look even more beautiful! I think I could just stay in here all day!
Girl’s Bedroom Christmas Tree
My daughter is super picky and has her own ideas of how to decorate, so my goal was to make sure it was a tree that she loved and felt proud of. We made a day of it and went to look for ornaments and a new tree. We lucked up and found this 6ft Pre-Lit Alberta Spruce tree on major sale on black Friday. The size and price were perfect! Next stop was to find ornaments. Although she isn’t a huge fan of pink, she actually decided to go with a pink theme which I loved!! As you can see, her room has pops of pink, so a pink tree theme was perfect.
We started at Hobby Lobby and found these large pink ornaments for 50% off which made them only $10 for the box. We also found another box of assorted pink, silver, and gold ornaments which she loved for a little sparkle. All together, her ornaments only cost $20!!
The last idea we had was to add some pink flowers and eucalyptus stems in the tree which complimented the simple ornaments perfectly. For a topper, we brought in the gold touches that are found all throughout her room and added some gold stems. LOVE how her tree is so simple yet so girly and pretty. It only took us around 10 minutes to put the tree together, and she loved the end result!
Simple Girl’s Room Christmas Decor
As you can see, we kept it super simple with her Christmas decor. She doesn’t like too much decor or for anything to feel cluttered (were did she come from LOL), so we decided these white houses and gold candle sticks would be the perfect touch. So simple, but such a cute touch to her decor.
And that’s it! The cool thing about a Christmas tree is that sometimes that’s all a space really needs to feel magical. We agreed that it looked and felt like Christmas in here, and she loved how it turned out! My favorite part is watching Christmas through my kid’s eyes. Seeing how much she loved all the Christmas touches makes me so SO happy!!
