Okay guys, this might just be my favorite post I do all year. Why? Four letters….F.A.L.L!! Oh man, it’s my favorite season! From the smell of pumpkin spice candles to the crisp cool air to carving pumpkins, it’s just the best!!! Today I am honored to be joining 11 other bloggers for Fall Into Our Homes Blog Hop 2017 a farmhouse fall home tour, which will showcase some beautiful homes and hopefully inspire you with some ideas for decorating for fall. All of the gorgeous fall homes are linked at the end of this post, so please stop by and visit each one.
I tried to control myself this year with the fall decor, but it’s just too hard to control myself during my favorite time of year! This year I am transitioning from orange to a more neutral color scheme. This year, white pumpkins, sage green, eucalyptus leaves, wheat, pinecones, and cotton spoke to me. I hope my fall color scheme gives you some fun ideas that you can incorporate into your home. Feel free to Pin and share your favorite ideas. First stop on this farmhouse fall home tour…my kitchen.
FALL INTO OUR HOMES: KITCHEN
I’m starting off my fall home tour in the kitchen. This room holds so many special family memories. That’s why I want this room to be a beautiful and inviting room for my family and friends to spend their time in especially around the holidays.
I wanted my fall decor to match the style of my kitchen. I love using neutral colors in here so white and green pumpkins seemed to fit the vibe of this room. If you haven’t already noticed, I LOVE greenery!! Wheat and eucalyptus leaves were my faux greenery of choice this year. Love the colors it brought to my kitchen, and it is a perfect compliment to my pumpkins.
My table scape is simple, but let’s be honest, it’s not realistic to have a fancy table in my home with three kids. Maybe one day when I’m old and gray I can have all the fancy schmancy dishes and decor, but this will do for now. I’m happy with my simple, neutral table!!!
Love this scale centerpiece I picked up in my friend’s booth. It just so happens to fit these two little pumpkins perfectly. I added a few eucalyptus leaves under them and that was all it needed to add a pretty but simple centerpiece.
This hanging hutch in my kitchen is one of my favorite DIY projects I’ve ever done. I added some more pumpkins and greenery to the top and this adorable wood sign that I’m a little obsessed with.

FALL INTO OUR HOMES: HALLWAY
This hallway connects my entryway to my living room and kitchen. This space just makes me happy. Between the rustic table and hanging window , it adds that something special to a boring hallway.
Let’s talk about these candlesticks. I’m obsessed with them and their perfectly distressed selves. Instead of candles, I added pumpkins to the top. Love how they look in front of my chippy window.
This space is in the same hallway but down the hall a bit. We’ll be adding some shiplap soon, and I seriously can’t wait to get this project done. Stay tuned for that!! This space is small so I added a small barn wood table I found at a yard sale to hold my beloved crock collection. This little crock family is so fun to incorporate into my fall decor. I just added some stems and layered pumpkins to the large crock and some smaller pumpkins to my small crocks.

FALL INTO OUR HOMES: LIVING ROOM
I kept my living room fairly simple. I added a fun vignette on my coffee table that has a few of my favorite things…books, cotton, lamb’s ear, acorns, antlers, and pumpkins. Then, I layered them in an old dough bowl that I picked up on a pickin’ trip. Even though it’s a lot of items put together, I love how it turned out!
My fireplace is the focal point of my living room. It pretty much has to look fabulous at all times. It gets all the attention right when you walk in. I added a neutral pumpkin wreath to my tobacco basket and balanced my mantel out with some wheat bundles that I love. Nothing beats good ole’ symmetry when decorating a mantel. I made the rustic harvest sign out of a piece of barn wood that I had laying around. Of course, I added a few more layered neutral pumpkins to the hearth.

FALL INTO OUR HOMES: ENTRYWAY
So, last but not least is my entryway. I’m so proud of this space because I managed to use all of my favorite recycled finds. This space also includes lots of white and chippy goodness. I get it, it’s not everyone’s style. I believe you should make each space in your home a space that you love and are proud of. It should reflect you and your style. Well, wood, white, and chippy are my style so that is why I love this space.
