Welcome friends! I am so happy you are here on this fun blog hop with me and a few of my friends (listed at the bottom of this post) for our Autumn Inspiration Blog Hop and my simple dining room tour! We are all sharing how we incorporate fall into our homes. Thanks so much for joining me from Dreaming Of Homemaking. Isn’t Sarah’s mudroom decorated so beautifully for fall?!?
Today, I have two fun things to share with you. Not only am I sharing a few simple fall touches in my dining room, but I added a huge antique hutch in here, and I am so excited to finally share it. I went super neutral and super simple in this room. Since this room is tiny, it just needed a small touch here and there to make it feel like fall.
So, let’s start the tour with my new hutch. It was honestly love at first site. I spotted her last weekend at a fall barn sale called The Strawberry Patch, and I knew I had to have it. I bought it from my friend Summer at Barefoot Vintage who always has the best antiques and vintage finds.
It was so much fun styling this piece. First, I added some white dishes that I had laying around and of course I had to add a few vintage books . I kept the fall touches simple in here. Then, I added my favorite branches and the prettiest grey pumpkin from Chic Artique to the top. This piece makes a statement on its own without having to go too heavy with the fall decor.
I also kept it simple with my table decor. I wanted my fall decor to give off a simple cottage feel, so I pulled out one of my favorite vintage baskets and added the same flow-y branches. There is just something about vintage baskets that I love so much. They add texture and warmth to a space. I paired it with some of my favorite white plates and these grey apples that I also picked up at Chic Artique and that was it. See, I told you. So simple, but I love how this little vignette turned out.
Here is another look at my vintage hutch and my favorite part just might be all the storage it provides. Since we don’t use this room very much, it also acts as my office and the kid’s art room. We keep all of my supplies and their crafts in here so it worked out perfect for everything I like to tuck away when its not being used. Pretty and functional is a win in my book!
This look for my dining room is so simple but I really hope you guys enjoyed my subtle touches to this space. I really did have so much fun getting this room ready for fall. I hope you enjoyed my tour and hopefully picked up a little inspiration along the way!! Now it’s time to head over to my friend Randi from Randi Lynn Blog and check out how she added fall to her front porch!
Thanks again for visiting the blog! I hope you enjoy the rest of the tour!!

Thank yo so much, Holly! I got them at a store called Chic Artique. If you look back at the post you can see where I tagged the store.

Thank you! I knew the pumpkin and apples were from Chic Artique but I must have just misunderstood regarding the branches… I definitely need to check out Chic Artique soon! 😊
