Happy Thursday friends!! Today, I will be sharing with you my summer living room. That also includes a beautiful new neutral rug that set the tone for my summer refresh. Not only will I show you how the new rug looks in my living room, but I’ll also be sharing 8 neutral rugs that will go with any decor. Rugs add personality and character to a room. Sometimes a room needs a rug that brings in beautiful pops of color and sometimes a neutral rug is just what the space needs for a calm and relaxing feel. I personally love both, but today I’ll be sharing all of my favorite neutral rugs with you and hopefully you can find one that you love too!!
First, let’s start with my new neutral living room rug. This beautiful rug is called the Ramsbury Area Rug and it is from Boutique Rugs. I’m so in love with the pattern, the texture, and just the overall look of this rug.
The colors in this rug are white, cream, and black. Although the black is very subtle, it helps with keeping the look of this neutral rug not looking dirty. It really is the perfect combination of colors.
To be honest, I was super nervous to add such a neutral rug to such a high traction area, but I am so pleasantly surprised with this rug. I almost could say it is my favorite rug that I have had in here. It really added such a beautiful and subtle look to my living room!
Overall, I give this rug a 10 out of 10. I am obsessed with how it looks in my living room. I finished off the summer refresh with some white boho style pillows, and couldn’t love this space anymore. I love this rug so much that I just purchased it and am waiting for it to arrive! Is it difficult to vacuum? I’m worried because of the raised texture and don’t want to end up with pulls in the design. Do you have a vacuum that doesn’t use a beater bar?
Hi Jessalyn! So happy you love the rug as much as I do! You will absolutely love it! I use a regular vacuum and have not has any problem with pulls. The only thing you need to be careful about is making sure you don’t vacuum up the tassels. I also recommend putting a rug pad underneath. Thanks so much for visiting the blog! Have a lovely day!
